Are you open to creating products not listed on your shop? +
Yes! We are "makers" above all else and would love to hear about your idea. Head to our contact page and tell us what you're picturing — sketches, photos, whatever you've got.
How are your printed products made? +
They are 3D-printed in PLA, a biodegradable plastic made from plants. Some of our products have embedded parts (D-rings, magnets, suction cups) that are carefully placed and secured during printing.
We're precise in our 3D modeling and printing processes to give you a high-quality product you're sure to enjoy.
Do your products come with a guarantee? +
We guarantee our products 30 days against defects. If you notice an issue, just reach out and we'll be glad to help — that's the whole game.
Can you ship internationally? +
Yes, but shipping can get pricey. If the cost to ship to you is a barrier, message us — we can usually work out a better option.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that apply.
What if I forget to include important info for my order? +
We'll contact you if any important info is missing. If we don't hear back within 24 hours of your ship-by date, your order may be canceled so we can stay on schedule. Thanks for understanding!
Do you accept returns or cancellations? +
Cancellations aren't accepted once production starts — most pieces are made to order. See individual item details for return and exchange eligibility, and please reach out if something's wrong. We want you happy.
How long until my order ships? +
Most in-stock pieces ship within 2–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items take longer — each listing shows an estimate. We'll always reach out if something changes.
Are the pieces safe for kids? +
Our pieces are designed around real-kid play and tested by our four (very enthusiastic) in-house testers. That said, small parts can be choking hazards — please supervise young children and check each listing for age guidance.
Where do the Yoto / Hot Wheels / Loop names come from? +
We make accessories and expansions compatible with those products — we're not affiliated with Yoto, Mattel, or Loop. Everything is designed from scratch in our own CAD files.
